doesn't work on my phone
Useless. No longer works since the update. Slowly but surely, the apps made available by TWM/NX Bus keep getting worse. Enhanced the security to a point you can't legitimately use your card. Pathetic. Update - having used this app, I've noticed that it never saves your card details despite clicking on the option to do so. Quality control non-existent.
App was working fine until I updated. And now it doesn't work at all. What's going on .
Very reassuring
The security features in the app don't work on my phone. Always approached by drivers saying that I don't have active ticket yet I buy monthly
Absolute garbage! Charged for tickets but at the end of the process comes up with an error and guess what... NO ticket!
Doesn't save card details after buying a ticket so have to keep entering them each time. And yes I clicked the radio button to save them.
It won't allow me to have my tickets keeps taking My Money and takes a few days for me to get my money back
